General retailers like Target, Kohl’s, and Costco are not the only ones cooking up some sweet Black Friday deals on hot mobile gear and more, as device manufacturers should offer solid discounts of their own for folks looking to buy respectable but perhaps not all-new products.
Case in point, the well-reviewed Honor View 10, formally unveiled in China under the Honor V10 name way back in December 2017, and expanded to the US several months later at a starting price of $499.
That wasn’t half bad for a trendy high-end handset with a 2:1 aspect ratio, thin bezels, dual rear-facing cameras, and a generous 6GB RAM, but believe it or not, you’ll be able to save an additional 150 bucks between November 23 and 26, according to Neowin’s sources.
Naturally, this isn’t going to be the aging 6-incher’s first-ever discount dance, but the two previous best deals brought the aforementioned list price down to $399 and $429. In just a couple of weeks, the Honor View 10 will hit a new all-time low price of $349, although it might be a good idea not to wait until the end of the promotional period to pull the trigger here.
After all, the phone is currently listed as “out of stock” at the official US HiHonor e-store, suggesting there aren’t many units left for this killer Black Friday bargain. Huawei’s daughter brand is of course not as popular stateside as in China or various European markets, but thanks to this bad boy and the even cheaper Honor 7X, its local recognition and relevance has skyrocketed over the past year or so.
Keep in mind that the Honor 8X is also expected out in the US soon, although the View 10 still offers superior overall specifications, including a blazing fast Kirin 970 processor with built-in AI capabilities and a whopping 128GB internal storage space. Let’s not forget about Android 9 Pie software.
