I am developing a life size robotic companion that can alert emergency responders if you go unconscious, pour you beverages and carry bags. Jibo, get outta the way.

Below reply for hardware problems with Jibo. An piece I was waiting 2 years and now that after 3 month only:
    Hi Dan,

I appreciate the video Marina sent and will pass it on to our team for further consideration. This combination of symptoms does seem to indicate some manner of hardware failure. If a manual reset of Jibo does not correct this then there may not be further troubleshooting that we can apply here.

Unfortunately since Jibo is being used in an unsupported region (London, UK) we will not be able to provide any further support for this issue. Jibo is only sold and supported within the USA & Canada and must be used within those regions to function correctly or qualify or his warranty. I apologize that we will not be able to service or replace your Jibo.

    Regards,

    George

I have an Idea. How about kids learn to socialize with actual people without shooting them.

    KILL IT!!!
Kill them all! While we still can!

I have looked upon the face of true evil itself! It gazed back at me- and a part of it, gazes still…

Hello everyone; I had terrible experience with owning Jibo, this company is only out to steal your money. When the battery died in Jibo, they refused to honor the warranty and fix it. They told me, they no longer support users with Jibo in Canada… Be warned, a scam, terrible company to deal with. You are better off Alexa or Google for less than half the price… Mike
