Casual gaming? Is it mean it will not survive 10 hours of heavy gaming?

Hey guys i need help !

In microsoft they are selling a dell inspiron 7000 (tn panel) and a Acer nitro 5 (they both have the same specs, same prices, i5,8gb ram and nvidia gtx 1050), but the acer nitro 5 comes with a Virtual Reality for free (special offer). I really want to take the acer nitro 5 but people says that it overheat alot and have loud sounds coming from the fan i think so, someone that have it can tell me if that is for real and if i need to worried about the overheating bec im afraid the pc doesnt last too much bec of that. So u guys recommend me to go with the Dell Inspiron or go with acer nitro 5 (if u pick aser plz tell me if is just the computer or because it comes with a Virtual reality for free)

I wanna know if this laptop but with gtx 50, i5 7300hq will not get a lot overheat after like 5 hours of gaming (everyday, with demanding games) ok ofcourse it'll be hot but not to the point of burning coz many people tell me that that it will burn after 30min of gaming.
Also what are the disadvantages of cool boost?
Please anyone that has tested this laptop answer me.
