I was expecting a new LGA2011…instead we got the Kaby Lake another LGA1151 chip. so is coffee lake going to be the new LGA2011 chip or Cannon Lake. I am still using the 1st generation LGA 1366 Nehalem chip and so far it is doing just fine as far as games are concerned (the nvidia GPU does the heavy lifting) but I have been wondering is there a 2011 chip on the way that I could replace the 1366 chip with? or am I going to wait till after cannon lake?
